One of the hardest things for a preschooler not to touch something. Surely you have observed this reality. They are very “handsy.” Everywhere...all the time.
It might help you to know that this is how young children learn best. By using their senses, including their sense of touch. They see, hear, touch, move, examine, smell, and sometimes even taste things. This is called hands-on learning and it’s how they explore and make sense of their world. A preschooler understands things by directly experiencing them.
